A warm, thick scarf, perfect for trips to the mountains and for wearing during cold snaps. The natural blend of wool and rayon done in a tight weave gives thickness and softness to this scarf, which will delight those sensitive to the cold. Geometric motifs, a rust and black color scheme, and large fringes make up this sportswear style, relaxed scarf. 100% made in Lyon, France.

Inspiration:

Inspired by metal pieces fitted together, the design of this men's scarf is very classic, and is repeated all over. The color scheme based on black and shades of rust, nude and beige makes it a truly original piece. A unique creation by Fabrique d’écharpe.

Outfit pairing ideas:

This scarf is meant for wearing with jackets, coats, and parkas. This particular model is perfect for pairing with colors like brown, grey, khaki, or leather. It is very warm and can be easily worn with a ski outfit in classic colors, adding an elegant chic touch to your appearance.

Care instructions:

To wash a wool scarf, we advise washing by hand. Soak your scarf in tepid water (wool cannot be subjected to extreme temperatures). Use a gentle detergent or a detergent made especially for wool. Do not wring out your scarf but instead dry it in a towel before laying flat. The scarf should be ironed on low heat with a generous use of the vapor function to restore the volume and softness of the wool. While putting it in the dryer is absolutely out of the question, you can take it in for dry cleaning instead.

Traditionally produced:

The Jacquard weave is a weaving method developed by Lyon-native Joseph Marie Jacquard in 1801, who created the first mechanical system that could be programmed with perforated cards. hanks to the artisan weaving knowledge transmitted to us from generation to generation since 1880, today we have electronically controlled looms that allow for the scarf to be produced with impeccable quality all while respecting the purest methods of traditional Lyon Jacquard weaving.
