To wash a plain silk stole, we recommend hand-washing and ironing while still damp, using a hot iron without steam. The natural properties of the silk will be preserved. Tumble-drying is forbidden, but dry-cleaning is permitted.

The silk dyeing technique used for this stole is the “barque à tourniquet”, an ancestral technique specially developed for light, delicate silk fabrics, which requires little tension and very limited mechanical effort, giving the musselin excellent relaxation. The fabrics are then fixed and washed to ensure colorfastness, resistance and optimum feel. Made in France.
