The nobility of the two finest natural materials and the very highest quality weaving for this luxurious cashmere and silk stole. Cashmere is the finest, softest wool in existence. Woven in jacquard with silk, it's a unique blend that will delight the most elegant of women. The large, stylized flower motif in warm navy blue and black is ideal for adding an ultra-chic, sophisticated touch to your look. A top-of-the-range accessory for an exceptional gift, entirely created and manufactured in Lyon, France.
INSPIRATION

Inspired by hand-painted or watercolored flowers, the design sits harmoniously on the scarf, while the choice of cashmere and silk yarns gives the fabric a shiny, matte effect, for a precious result. This stole is unique! No similar item exists on the market today.

OUTFIT PAIRING IDEAS

This scarf can be worn over a dress or a formal suit for a ceremony. You'll also love it over a coat for winter: it's light and delicate, yet warm thanks to its cashmere/silk composition. Pair it with white, black, navy or beige. Its subtle sheen adds a luxurious, classic touch to your outfit.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To wash a cashmere stole, we recommend hand-washing in lukewarm or cold water, using a detergent specially formulated for wool fabrics. Don't leave your scarf to soak for too long, and wring it out without wringing it out in a cotton towel. With a steam iron that's not too hot, you can iron and steam your cashmere scarf to restore its softness and suppleness. If tumble-drying is forbidden, dry-cleaning is recommended.

TRADITIONALLY MADE

The Jacquard weaving technique used to make this scarf involves interweaving silk warp threads and cashmere weft threads in a specific pattern. The “La Fabrique d'écharpe” weaving workshop has Jacquard looms for this purpose. The “Jacquard” loom was developed by Joseph Marie Jacquard of Lyon in 1801, and was the first programmable mechanical system with perforated cards to produce patterns by crossing colored threads. Thanks to know-how handed down from generation to generation since 1880, we now have electronically controlled “Jacquard” looms that guarantee the perfect quality of our fabrics while respecting the purest Lyonnais tradition.
