For Metropolitan France: Returns and/or exchanges are free upon request by email to [email protected] up to 14 days after delivery of the order. Please include your order number in the email. You will receive the prepaid Colissimo label by email within 24-48 hours*, along with the return slip to complete and enclose with the package. Upon receipt of the package at the workshop, provided the product has not been worn or damaged, we will refund your purchase within 15 days using the same payment method used to pay for the order.

Personalized products are non-refundable; they may be exchanged under certain conditions.
