Extremely soft, cashmere-like women's scarf in a luxurious blend of wool and silk. Light and delicate, it's perfect for early winter. The asymmetrical, multi-stripe pattern lends relief to the scarf, and its orange hues create a luminous ambience. Mini bangs line the bases and a neat hem follows the lengths.
INSPIRATION

Plant inspiration for this pattern of irregular, asymmetrical stripes, composed of stylized plant passages followed by plain ones, a sophisticated ensemble that nevertheless remains very balanced. Colored threads are threaded into each stripe for a changing effect.

OUTFIT PAIRING IDEAS

This scarf is very easy to wear, and we recommend pairing it with a navy or black jacket, a gray or anthracite jacket, or over a blue coat. Ideal for a gift!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To swash a wool-based scarf, we advise washing by hand. Soak the scarf in tepid water (be careful as wool does not tolerate extreme temperatures). Use a gentle detergent or a detergent specifically made for wool. Do not let it soak for too long. To dry, put the scarf in a cotton towel to soak up the excess water, but do not wring it out or twist it. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. You can restore the scarf’s softness and delicate touch by ironing on high heat with the vapor function. While putting it in the dryer is absolutely out of the question, you can take it in for dry cleaning instead.

TRADITIONALLY MADE

The woven fabric technique used to make this scarf is the interweaving of silk warp yarns and Merino wool weft yarns in a specific pattern. To achieve this, the “La Fabrique d'écharpe” weaving workshop uses Jacquard looms. The “Jacquard” loom was developed by Joseph Marie Jacquard of Lyon in 1801, and was the first programmable mechanical system with perforated cards to produce patterns by crossing colored threads. Thanks to know-how handed down from generation to generation since 1880, we now have electronically controlled “Jacquard” looms that guarantee the perfect quality of our fabrics while respecting the purest Lyonnais tradition.
